  Food is delicious and the service is nice and friendly. The food service is fast that’s for sure no big lines. Not to long of a wait once you place your food order. And there is a smile at the end of ever happy meal. Love it highly recommended coming here.

  This McDonald’s is a joke and needs new management. I understand that there are busy times and having to wait but every time I come here, no matter the time of day, I have to wait way longer than i should. I have gone in multiple times and they are staffed with people so I don’t understand why this McDonald’s can’t keep up with their orders. Majority of the time when I get my food I at-least expect it to be fresh after waiting so long, but no the fries are cold and the buns are hard as a rock. I will not be coming back to this location and I will stick with the one on regretta lane because they are at-least efficient during rush time.

  Edit* 10/26/22 The service is still bad, and the food is mediocre. Also the app needs to stop having limits on how many and how often you can use a deal. This McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. The service is what you'd expect, and the food is like any other one. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years now, and have seen all the various changes internally, externally, and even traffic adjustments. One thing to note though, is that They tend to be over busy and understaffed at all the exact opposite times than usual. Like I've gone at 2am, and they will have 12 cars in the drive thru. I've been there on Black Friday morning, and they have orders taking 30+minutes... That's not to say that this one is bad, simply hard to anticipate. I've gone and ordered $20 of food at 7pm (middle of the dinner rush) and there isn't a slow down at all. Also the men's room tends to be in better shape here, than many other McDonald's. So take that for it's worth. There isn't all that much seating in the lobby, but I'm sure most of their business is now done through the drive thru anyways. I'd recommend this if you're craving some, and don't want any other number of food option that are 1-2 blocks right down the road from them.

  I ordered food through UberEats and I finally got my food, this what I was biting into it. I called to talk to the manager and they said that he was busy and to call back later. After eating that I felt sick to my stomach and I will never eat at McDonald’s again. Last time I ordered the customer service sucked and the employees had a I-don’t care attitude while helping customers and myself that’s why I would rather order it, but this happens to.

  It was okay. I guess I dislike having to check my bag to make sure everything ordered is there. I was missing one sandwich and had them replace my fries as they were about 2/3 full. My initial order was not done, but it was submitted and I was told to add the rest went I got to the cashier. Maybe they could have done a second order. When I was checking my bag they seemed unhappy as I may have been slowing down their times or something. Everyone was polite but it was more of a proficient polite than a genuine happy. I’m sure I’ll go back, gotta have the fries. Hoping one day to never have to double check my bag again.
