  Lo mismo que todos los demas con el mismo servicio deficiente que todos con escasos empleados mal pagados y entrenados. The same as everyone else with the same poor service as everyone with few poorly paid and trained employees.

  This McDonald's is right next to the Wolfson MDC campus in the heart of downtown. Now what makes this McDonald's a uniquely 2 star establishment is based on its merit and not its location, socioeconomic status of employees or patronage. With that being said, the restaurant has state of the art touch screens right at the front entrance to facilitate your ordering process and eliminate human interaction. If that's not your style and you are affraid of the robot uprising, there are still humans to take your order. The atmosphere is chaos as human overlord managers yell at minion staff to fulfill orders as they pile up on the display monitor. What's worse is this restaurant doesn't have a drive through window. As you wait for your order, take a seat watch as drama unfolds before your very eyes as employees flirt with customers, get distracted and talk to other employees about their personal life at a decible equal to that of an Boeing 747 jet. If that's not your thing, trust me, just turn around and look into the dining hall and feast on the craziness of the patrons eating and engaging in odd activities. As a warning you may or may not experience: 1. Fowl smells emitted from homeless people loitering in the nice air condition building. 2. Having to ask for a restroom token to open the door to use the toilet or wash your hands, do the latter and hold the other. 3. Homeless people asking for: A. Money/change, B. For you to buy them food and drink, C. Any help you can offer. 4. Having to clean your own table and booth or chairs, 5. Homeless people, 6. Missing or wrong order. No SAUCE!! 7. Self thought entitled Community college Kids Trust me when I say, stay clear if this McDonald's. Or don't, who am I to say.

  Impressionante como no Brasil as empresas mudam seus padrões, rebaixam sua qualidade. Demonstram que não merecemos o mesmo valor, respeito. Mesmo assim o povo daqui xonsome, por isso que eles não mudam ...

  Food items served here match the average flavour of McDonalds. However, Service at this place was slow as per McD standards. Also the place lacked cleanliness as the empty tables were dirty and there was no one to clean them. Loved the Coke served here. It serves the Coke withbthe original taste just as advertised.

  If it wasn't for the way the owner handled The Rick and Morty promotion, I would have given this location 4 stars. Since the self-service kiosks were put in, it made ordering from here easier for me. Although at times the speed is slow. They probably need more staff or better training protocol at this location. I'll edit my review when I see improvement.
