  I ride by this McDonalds location daily, but only stop in once or twice a week for the following reasons... (A) There always busy and the wait time for your order is a bit ridiculous, an I normally don’t have Patients nor the time to stand in line. (B). Usually the krew members on 2nd shift tend to be a bit “rude” and some of them act or give this “Attitude” like your inconveniencing them. It’s like your at your job, your supposed to take care of me.. This afternoon my friend n I decided to stop in for lunch. When I got inside it was slightly busy. Like 2 people in the dinning room and 7 or 8 people in line In front of me and drive thru was packed. I was already over it because the line was not moving and they had several other employees standing around and (1) one person at the counter “Actually” doing there job and doing there best with what conditions they were working with. Finally I got to the counter to place my order and I was completely thrown off guard by my cashier. Mrs. Debra was her name and she not only greeted me with a smile and she made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. She was completely Thorough with our order she even read the order back and it was taken correctly by Mrs. Debra. I was totally shocked!! I even ask for sauce when I ordered (which I never get) she made sure I got it and when I received my food I was amazed yet again. The food was 100% fresh off the grill, fries hot and fresh.. I will say that this McDonalds Location (#28002 - 3443 S. Carrollton Ave New Orleans) and all McDonalds need to hire and keep staff members like Mrs. Debra. It’s people like Mrs. Debra who do there best and go above and beyond no matter what .. I’ll wrap it up with this, To the Management Team, Front of House & Back of House Staff, I want to say thank you for giving me an AWESOME experience at your location today. To Mrs. Debra : Keep up the excellent work! You are truly and greatly appreciated and your management team needs to appreciate and Recognize you because your one of the best and strongest employees they have and it’s people like you Mrs. Debra who made a memorable experience for me as well as for others...   I only came to get a drink, but I must say that the staff was very friendly and attentive to their customers. There were a lot of customers in the lobby socializing and made the environment very welcoming.

  I only order a mocha, it was wrong, but when I shared my experience the manager made my experience better, she politely redone my order and educated me on what to order. I'm excited about my visit. The guest were friendly, they open the door for me and many of them spoke politely with a friendly smile. . I am happy I went in and didn't just use the drive thru

  They literally can’t do anything right at this McDonald’s. LIKE ANYTHING! Ask for no caramel on my frappe and get extra! Straight garbage. It’s bad enough that my apitite gets destroyed by this woman with horrible breath and jacked teeth handing me my food. My food can at least be prepared the way I want it. I’m done giving my money to people that don’t take pride in their work.
