  They hand you a big plastic number and then not look for you they expect you to listen for the number on the receipt then they put your food back worst McDonald's I have ever been to In My Life

  Outstanding customer service. The girls know my order by heart and know how I want my drink. The girls go above and beyond for sure. I live in the Surprise area and I would have no problem driving here everyday during the summer when my kids are on summer break.

  Couldnt use coupon that was $1 off $7 or more. Told by the mgr that is has to be at least $1 over (so$8). IT SAYS $7 OR MORE!! no help whatsoever! I know its only $1 and the boy helping me was super nice, i will be calling corporate.

  I mean, what do you expect? It's McDonald's. This place is the butt of so many jokes, you'd think it would have lost all business. By God, that's is SO wrong. This one in particular has self help ordering screens where you can follow a simple menu, and tap all the things you want and how you want it. Of course, you still have the option of going to the counter and ordering. Drive through is really good too. I've seen this place evolve through the years, all the way back to when they had N64's. Now it's a post-modern themed joint with technology at its forefront. It also has and Eddie Van Halen striped accent wall, which is, well, interesting.

  I normally never write any reviews, since I'm usually a non caring person. I'm writing this one star review simply because of the employees. I sat the speaker box as two cars that arrived after me were attended first (no big deal.) other that the normal wait time since it was obviously busy nothing else was bad until we came home with our order. I had ordered nuggets and I wanted to try some sauces, including the new szechuan sauce. I had asked the guy at the window specifically if he had added the sauce to the bags since I didn't want to keep his line waiting, I trusted that the dude would of done his job right even after me asking but still not a single sauce was added. Guess I'm eating dry nuggets today :(
