  Yesterday I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal with a sweet tea. I was unable to eat my sandwich because the bread was rock hard. I called the store @ least 10 times and nobody answered, so I called corporate and they told me 2 take my reciept back to the store and it would be replaced. So today I went to the store and the manager told me they wouldn't replace it. She told me I needed 2 bring the sandwich back to get it replaced. I was at work and there is no way I would keep a nasty sandwich until the next day when I'm over that way. I told her that since she won't replace it I'll call corporate and I sat right in drive through @ the 1st window. The guy @ the window that worked there cursed @ me. After talking to another manager she said she would give me my money back but then said she couldn't because the other manager told her not to. Then they bring me the replacement meal and told me I couldn't get oj instead of tea. the same guy who cursed @me was laughing at me and the manager didn't did anything to correct his behavior. I will never go to this mcdonalds ever again and I don't suggest you go there either. Not only was I not able to eat the food but the customer service is horrible.

  Food warm at best sandwich tasted old fries half full when u order a LG u get a medium fry jus overall poor service

  Their poorly designed drive thru lanes can easily cause road rage between the customers. Cashier at pay window didn't say thank you after giving me the receipt. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin but it came without the egg and I was charged for it. Employee at pick up window didn't apologize for inaccuracy but asked me to park in a space which would have caused an accident with the car behind me and incoming parking lot traffic.. i repeatedly refused to risk getting in a wreck...then he hands me the corrected order seconds later! They are funny. Yes their accuracy rate is very low.

  Just another regular mc donalds. Common fast food menu burgers chicken sandwiches fries. Shakes. Decent prices. They have a value menu. Inside is clean. And upgrades with a modern look. No kids play area at this location. This location is open late

  If there were a way to give a negative star I would!! I have eaten McDonald's Biscuits and gravy every morning for the past 30yrs depending on which location was closest to my job. When I started coming to this location I noticed that they only put enough gravy in the container for basically a light coating on top of the biscuits. Not even enough to run down the sides of the biscuits. I brought this to the managers attention and was assured that they put the correct amount of gravy. Like I said, I've eaten it EVERY DAY FOR 30YRS, it is not done like that any any other McDonald's. I usually have enough gravy that I buy an extra plain biscuit for the extra gravy. So I stopped buying an extra biscuit, that's lost revenue, and now I ask for PLENTY of ketchup, because it's free and I just throw it away. I've tried the mcdvoice survey and no one replied and today is the last day I'll ever go in this location again.
