::Ordered some good and a large Powerade. After paying at the first window and pulling up to the second window they informed me they were out of that product. I said cool just apply the funds back to the card and I didn't need a drink (I don't drink pop/soda). The lady informed me she didn't know how to do that and asked again if I just wanted a coke. She wasn't rude and it wasn't the end of the world by any means, just not as efficient as you hope for from a franchise chain like McDonald's.

::Wow, super rude service. I had placed an order on Uber Eats and the time had delayed by about 20 mins so I called to check up and see if the order had been picked up or prepared yet and asked nicely. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, all I asked was about if the order had been placed and was ready and he responded "yeah so come pick it up". I tried explaining that it was through Uber Eats and all he had to say was "well its here and I can't do anything about it, I'm just here at McDonald's, somebody needs to come pick it up", in which he had a very rude tone in every response. TERRIBLE customer service.

::Order was incorrect. Went back through drive thru to fix it and they told my to pull into waiting spot and it would be brought out. Waited 15 mins to figure out no one was even preparing the food and had to go inside to finally get what I ordered. I know it's McDonald's but this crew seemed incredibly incompetent.

::Great fries, cheap prices, great hours, easy drive through, public restrooms, AND breakfast options (including hash brown cakes) all the time! Just the ticket if you want to have a successful experience ordering and eating fast, cheap, greasy food!
