  No sauces for fries and McNuggets, cashier forgets to give change, & site under construction so the drive thru is pretty narrow/slow.

  Do not go here if you don’t speak Spanish. I’ve been about 4 times and try to be extremely explicit with my order but they have never not messed it up somehow. When you realize they’ve messed it up and ask them to fix it, the staff can’t even comprehend what you’re saying at all and have to get a manager. Don’t be in the service industry in America if you can’t speak English.

  Extremely slow they never understand my orders. It use to be very good very fast especially in morning .I have been coming here for 5 years . I am a teacher but this last group is horrible . Lately no one speaks english. They never get orders right. When I went in to order at 7:30 there was no-one at counter and 10 cars thru drivethrough. She still didnt get order right and was exceedingly rude to me. Manager has no control. Its a click of lazy workers except one young cuban girl who smiles and is quick. What a shame ! Fix this fast or you will lose many loyal customers. They dont seem to care we need to get to work and not spend morning correcting orders. Learn English please!!!!!!

  Love this McDonald's, located on Coral way and. 33rd Avenue, very safe area, fresh food, more so than other locales. Nice area and family environment, has an outsde kidde park. Near Miracle Mile.

  This is a franchise, and its a bad one. Your orders can take more than an hour through the drive through. I asked them why the computer never beeps when the order is late, and they said they always delete the order every time to stop the timer. The manager does not speak English. I asked how she could have read the training materiel, and she told me she never did, and then called me a racist (Which was confusing because we were of the same race). I can't let my 2 year old play in the play area because the equipment is poorly maintained and rusty. The food is pretty lousy. There is a corporate store on US-1, I suggest going the extra few minutes.
