  I'm a regular at the one on Oracle and this location on Campbell is terrible! There very slow and don't pay attention. I've paid for the wrong order a few times because they don't listen. There drive thru is always super busy so if you go inside thinking they will be faster, you are wrong! I waited 10 min for an iced coffee that took the girl less than a min to prepare when she finally got to it. I love McDonald's but I hate this location.

  I like this McDonald's for a couple of reasons. One,because it's on the way home from a place I travel from often. Their food is always hot and freshly prepared,which is why there french fries taste like they should. The employees here routinely perform stupendously sanitary cleanings. I'm always stoked that I decided to stop for a happy bag. I will be sure to visit this consistently satisfying and gratifying grub hub again.

  I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years & I have never experienced such racist employees as I just did! Neither the middle-aged man working the 1st window, nor the overweight blonde woman working the 2nd window even wanted to speak to me. Their behavior was so rude & childish I now have to wonder if my meal has been tampered with.

  I'm not sure why, but this location always takes significantly longer than any other location I go to. It has gotten to the point where I will only try coming here at extremely odd hours when it's not very busy, and it still takes forever. There are some genuinely nice staff, but it's not enough for me to keep coming back. Last time I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee with only 4 cars in front of me in the drive-thru... Don't think I'll be going back

  Every single time I go to this one it A. Takes a minimum of 20 minutes for anything. Most of the time 45 minutes. We get stuck in the drive through forever just waiting for who's knows the f what. B. THEY ALWAYS BOTCH THE ORDER. Never once has my order been right. It sucks cause this is the one by me. Get it together
