  Buddy ordered us food through uber eats. The order was 2 hours late, and when he called in figure out what's going on he got nothing but bad customer service and the typical ice cream machine is broken answer.

  I would never ever go to this mcdonalds again the management sucks jermane the manager didnt want to give me my drink that they were missing from one of my big mac meals. He was argueing with me after i just told him can i please just have my drink the big Mac's were made terrible an the 🍟 were old !

  Always getting the order wrong, cs is poor amd when I brought it to their art aftrr about 10 times of missing items..cold etx.. No sorry..no.. Hey..let me do this..just..so do you want it or not? Tf? We stopped going to them. Just awful. It seems to be the case every where rho. Wendys as well. Subway is on poi t..but then again..they make it as you say in front on you lol. But..I cant give them more than a one star. I recommend..when u go..tell them you have a LONG drive so make sure food is hot..or order no salt or..something special that makes them cook it fresh. But you BETTER check the order. I just don't get it Once it twice..np..everyone makes mistskes..but of 20 visits..3 times is correct and the rest issues. Inget tired of complaining.. Just stared going some where else of cooking more at home ..shoukd have been the case anyway. But good luck.

  Tried the Grand Mac. Not bad. Double the meat of a Big Mac for 60 cents more. Fries are always good but pricey. Not a fan of their shakes, but $1 large drinks are a good value. This store seem to have vagrants hanging out, asking for money. Staff is just so-so. Service is quick the times I have gone. Not many choices nearby. BK 8 blocks east, Del Taco, Taco Bell and Whattaburger at 48gh & Broadway. Jacks at 40th & University.
