worst McDonald's ever! if I could give it zero stars I would, worst service, worst deive thru experience ever! I hate that people have to put up with rude cashier's just to get food that takes at least 20-25 minutes to get. I'm sure the manager wouldn't lift a finger to fix the situation.

Today I went through and they gave me a burned McDouble. Not to mention There's always homeless begging for money at the speaker. This place is filthy I can't believe they have such a crappy McDonald's near a tourist area like the stockyards.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This place is Awful. Every time I go here I end up wasting my time and leaving to go somewhere else. People constantly cutting in front of me in the drive-through line and the managers do nothing about this to ensure that people get their food in a timely manner. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break and I’m in the drive-through for at least 15 minutes every single time. Then when I get to the window the employees Never seem friendly or personable just in a hurry to get me out of there. Never going back to this McDonald’s. I’ve learned my lesson over and over.

Always a bad experience at this McDonald's, it's slow, dirty and it's just not the same experience you get in the surrounding McDonald's. I am a proud American of Mexican decent, so I find it frustrating going in this McDonald's and have them address me in Spanish, versus a "Hello welcome to McDonald's may I take your order"...help others learn English by not creating a safe haven, additionally I think it's unfair to customers that don't speak Spanish to have yellow signs up only in Spanish. My summary is that this is not a very well run McDonald's, and the experience fails to compare to the ones you will find in surrounding areas, so skip this location and take your family to the one on Beach Ave.
