  I told the girl at the window my fries were cold. 3/17/23 at 5:15 pm. She replaced only one fry with hot ones. The one on the top was hot, the rest were ice cold. She had no integrity. That makes me question everyone that works there

  I stopped 12-30-2022 at 2827 S. Cicero, in Cicero IL on my way to work and ordered two Stake egg cheese bagels. What I received was 1 Stake and 1 Beacon bagel. The beacon bagel that I did not order was cold and the wrapping was all bunched up and the Stake bagel was horrible. I called this location several times this morning with no answer. I am livid and will be sending a letter to Corporate.

  McDonald's located in Cicero, Illinois is a complete and utter disappointment, especially when it comes to their limited edition Touhou Fumo happy meal toys. As a huge fan of the Touhou series, I was excited to get my hands on the full set of toys, but was extremely disappointed to find out that they were all sold out. The set included all of my favorite characters, such as the mischievous prankster Suika Ibuki, the ice fairy Cirno, and the powerful magician Marisa Kirisame. I was especially looking forward to getting the rare and elusive Yuuka Kazami toy, which has become a highly sought after collectible among Touhou fans. It's a shame that McDonald's couldn't keep up with the demand for these toys, and I hope that they will restock them in the future. Until then, I will have to settle for an incomplete set and the disappointment of not being able to add Yuuka Kazami to my collection.

  August 27. Went in and placed an order for a happy meal for my three year old toddler I had with me. She needed to use the potty, that is why I was even ordering in the lobby in the first place. I also ordered 2 McChickens. The order was placed at 6:32pm. There is no reason that order should take half an hour. Kids cant wait that long. I asked for my money back. She said they can still make it. What? And then wait another half hour no thank you. Then she told another employee in spanish to stop deleting the orders before they are filled. So my order wasnt even up there. I took my refund and left. Then drove to a McDonald’s 6 minutes away and had my food by 7:15pm. If I would’ve waited in the first McDonalds, that wouldve never happened. This place is horrible!!!! Never EVER coming again.

  They need to fire the girl that was taking the orders at 6:41pm on august 3rd. She was super super rude. I asked the other coworkers for her name but they didn’t want to give it up. She was standing right next to the young man that was charging us for our food. She was giving attitude as well to the next customer. Needs to be fired asap!!!! on top of that, she didn’t get my order right. Submitting pic of receipt in case if it helps to see who she is
