  Never going back here again. Racism is never acceptable. Never. Went through the drive through today to buy myself and my coworkers coffee. Not complicated, just a few small mochas. Got to the drive thru speaker, lady could not hear me even though I was screaming. She repeatedly misinterpreted my items even though it was just a few small coffees. When I finally got to the window she not only was rude but she couldn't remember my order from two seconds ago. At the same time she took another order on her head set. Again, telling the guest she could not hear them but being very rude about it. She then told the guest to pull around so she can take the order at her window. At this point, she turns to me to take my money. Then says, "what a rude lady, must be black". I honestly was in shock that this person could be that ignorant and plainly disgusting. As I went to the next window to pick up my coffee I mentioned the ordeal but I don't feel like it was taken seriously. Its pretty despicable people think this behavior is acceptable in 2018. McDonald's doesn't deserve my business or the business of any of my coworkers.

  Late night staff is terrible. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes then was told to wait twice at the intercom. Either you need to staff appropriately or hire people that can handle multi-tasking. I asked for a Big Mac, no onions and she rings extra onions. I’m allergic to onions and this mistake could have been fatal. Your staff needs to listen more and pay attention. After already waiting for my order, now I’m waiting even longer for them to fix it. Just ridiculous! This place needs to get its act together and big time. You advertise fast food. Fast food shouldn’t take 30 minutes.

  While I sometimes have good customer service in the evening, it can be quite hit miss. Super busy on week day mornings. Generally pretty accurate.

  Credit machine was down, took almost 15 minutes to get from drive thru speaker to receiving my food. Food was over cooked and cold at the same time. Impressive.

  This McDonald's is old and dirty even the menu looks run down. The lady at the drive-thru could not speak or understand English well. I gave her my phone so she can use the app and she pushed the button and couldn't see the app. She closed the whole thing out which I understand mistakes happen so I fixed it. When I said here you go she waves her hand at me and dismisses me as if I wasn't there like she was telling me to hush. At that point I drove off I was already discussed that and they have a low sanitation score
