  It's now 5:14 am on a Saturday morning and I've been in line for 14 mins only for them to tell me their is no mcafe availanle I'm not sure what goes on at the store but to not have avaiable coffee on a Sarurdat morning and to have to sit in line for now 16 mins is unacceptable and a professional shame. This resturant gets an F in service. Also i didn't see a score in the window from their last inspection. I work in the area and will make sure I tell about my service.

  Went to get 2 burgers and when I arrived at 830pm the doors were locked drive thru backup. When I got to the speaker the menu board was missing everything so I had to guess what I wanted. When I got to the window after paying there 6 people standing around including the manager. Corporate needs to send someone to investigate this. This ain't the first time I sent a complaint.

  Extremely poor unprofessional customer service not only do the managers catch attitudes and roll their eyes at you the food isn't cooked properly, the condiments aren't full stacked up, and they don't prepare your orders right. Someone from human resources seriously needs to come here and inspect this location this is probably the most horrible McDonald's I've ever been in!!!

  Took absolutely too long with my food.. They didn't even try to move faster I waited 20 mins for my food and so did everyone before me.. The drive thru was also packed and not moving ordinarily which is why I went inside... 00000 stars

  Well the new upgrade look works, service was great, nice and clean. That open decorum made it feel like a café just the temperature of the food was a little on the cool side,I had to ask them to heat it up. Other than that it was a nice visit.
