  I love McDonald's this location is one of my favorite it's always busy but still gets you in and out with a smile and friendly exchange however not all locations are good but this one has my vote

  Every time I visit they are messing up someone's order. Today it was mine along with 4 other people. I ordered a pico guacamole crispy chicken sandwich and ended up with a garlic white cheddar chicken sandwich and the cheese is HARD!! I'm done with this place

  No place to plug in any sort of device. I only wanted a pop and to charge my phone. Unfortunately I had to head to the nearest Burger King to find those things. It's very obvious they want you out of their building as fast as possible. Would not recommend this location.

  This location is one of the busiest in the city. However the staff are incompetent and have no training. I consistently have items in my order missing, receive the wrong order, and the average wait time exceeds 30 minutes for the drive-thru during non-peak hours. When finally at the payment window the cashiers always says the QR reader is broken and they can't take the online deals. This seems to be more frequent than the ice cream machine breaking down. Each visit something new comes about that leaves me questioning why I pay for this unacceptable service. I am left in shock after one visit where multiple patrons were clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, sleeping inside the booths, and causing a scene with other customers. Management decided to take the "out of sight, out of mind" approach and do nothing. If it was possible to give less than a one star, I would.

  Walked in and should have walked right back out. I could have served a family of 5 with the amount of food, condiments and napkins all over the place. Not a single table was clean in the place, every single trashcan was over flowing, and it looked like someone bought food, and proceeded to dump it all over the restaurant. The employee who was "cleaning" tables, put his cleaning supplies on the overflowing trash can and then cleaned one table and went on to do other things without washing his hands. Others in my party bought items, but if the condition of the dining room is any indication of how this store in handled, then ill never be back. Hopefully they get some help, because they sure need it. Would have done survey on reciept, but printer machine was so dirty i couldn't read the survey code.
