  This McDonald's is terribly run-down. That's not on the poor employees but whoever owns it. At night there are no exterior lights. Parking lot is run down and the store itself has not looked updated in the last 20 years. The service is better than the one up the road on Green Oaks & 360 so we choose this one of the two. During the day service seems better than in the evening with the exception of one girl with very short hair. Our family have gotten her various times throughout the day or night and she is always so pleasant, Chickfila should snag her!

  I usually have no issues with this location except when I come late night. I went tonight, waited for about 5-10 min to be greeted over the speaker and nothing. When I drove by whoever was working was just talking to someone at the drive thru window. Regardless of what might have been the situation/ issue going on at the window, the employee could have at least come over the speaker and said I’ll be right with you but I didn’t even get that.

  Horrible service. Everyone behind us got their order before us. Then they gave our order away and actually got upset because we asked for our money back. Had to argue for about 10 minutes to get the refund. They have truly gone downhill. They were also touching and scratching their bodies while handing food without gloves. I guess Covid no longer exist. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

  I'll be avoiding this spot from now on. Got off work late and I wanted to swing by and grab some food omw home really quickly. What I thought was going to be 5 or 10 mins, ended up being 45 mins! I know there were 5 other cars in front but they waited a long time too. Maybe even longer. And my McChicken was DRY and gross. My fries were cold. When I have picked up door dashes in the past, it takes a very long time also. About 30 or 40 mins. I don't know why I thought this time would be different. I will not be back. They rly need to get a manager who can run their business better during the PM shifts. Seems to be an ongoing issue. During the day, I've had 1 good experience. It's a shame bc it's on a very busy street.

  Horrible experience! No receipt! Long wait! When asked for additional fries ordered they acted like we wanted free food and cashier brought 2 extra people to check order and figured out they did in fact had the Large fires order on fries on another bag. Poor customer service. Owner or Manager needs to know what’s going on!? This is not acceptable. These people working on this shift need to get a WAKE UP Call! If they are miserable working here they should look for another job!
