One star is one too many. The people that work at this McDonald's location for breakfast are the most caustic and rude people I've ever dealt with and I've spent fourteen years working in the restaurant field. And don't bother complaining to management they will just go get "Troya" the manager who is equally rude and could care less about how her staff treated you. If you are looking for the store number to complain to corporate like I did it's 2467 but I doubt McDonald's cares any more than Troya did that's why I will never ever be back.

Price kept moving up and servers do not pay attention to what they're doing. Drive through is some bad part of there restaurants.

Very accessible with the new table service! Love being able to sit with my disabled husband while we wait for our food. The touch screen ordering takes the stress out of the whole visit! McDonald's is a pleasure to visit now.

Asked for bottled water at the drive thru. She couldn't hear me 4 times. Meanwhile the 2nd drive thru sends 3 cars on. Get to the window to pay. They ask "grilled or crispy" for the wrap a 3rd time and "bottled water" a 5th time. Get to pick up window and they hand me a McDonalds cup! I said "do you have bottled water" he tells me "that's bottled water in there" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! It tastes like pond water. I told them at the first window they are having speaker problems and that I could barely hear the women. He had no response or nod.

I only ever go to McDonald's if ok with someone and they want to go there and I can't talk them out of it. The food quality is poor, the service is generally poorer and if it's somehow any better than that, it's the exception to the rule. Doesn't seem to matter which McDonald's you go to, they're all about the same. Generally I try not to be negative, but this review comes after several visits with the same experience from multiple locations.
