It's about what you would expect from a McDonald's in Chicago. Reasonably fast service, given the popularity of the location. There are POS systems customers can use instead of going to the register, which is always convenient. Using the POS system, table service is available, which is nice. Not awful.

The cashiers here are usually pretty nice and the place is one of the relatively cleaner McDonald's I have been to. The food comes out quickly and is usually of good quality. They can get pretty busy during certain times of the day (prime one being lunch time) and when that happens seating can run out fast.

Very nice. Clean, quick with orders despite how many people eat there. The food is the same as any other McDonalds you could go to.

The service was very efficient. The cashiers; food preparers; and servers were all really quick, while still managing to be courteous and polite. (...just fyi, they also have automated ordering machines available...only cards are accepted though) The food was good and hot...really fresh-tasting too. The order was completely correct - which was surprising, considering we wanted a specific number of five different condiments. The location is really convenient too...on the corner of Wabash. Even if we hadn't found a parking space, as long as someone stayed inside the car, we could've easily just pulled over and been out of the way of the busy downtown traffic. And if you're riding the L (any line besides red and blue, I think), when you exit down the stairs, it's literally right there. This is one my favorite downtown McDonald's.
