  This is one of the worse McDonald's around. Service is bad, you can only order off the screens they have upfront. You have to wait a while before you get your order. The ice cream machine is always down and they don't have to follow what other stores do. They're over priced and the value menu doesn't exist they way one would think (meaning no dollar any size drinks and no dollar menu). This being said, I would go somewhere else for a burger. The place is also filled with transients that will come to your table and ask for your food or money. The management team does nothing. Kind of sucks considering the guy who owns this location also has several other locations and is considered one of the biggest franchise owners in the country... just bad service and vibe.

  Employee #83 If I remember he is really nice. Unlike other employees they are rude. This guy stands out.

  They have a new interactive ordering menu when u enter u can choose anything u want and customize each item according to your liking and you can pay there and wait for your number to be called or u can pay at register. No more face to face ordering! What's next, burger making machines!

  some lady about 32-38 was there with light complexion behind the counter dropping f bombs and acting as if I wasn't standing there waiting to order and then she says when you are ready to order just go place your order on that screen over there (where a bunch of dirty people have touched) so I just ordered on my app and it came out quickly. fries were greasy and rushed, the tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom however was clean as a whistle! Whoever cleans that deserves a raise!

  Now that they remodeled, they're parking everyone just so their drivethru time can be good! HIRE FASTER WORKERS and you wouldn't have this problem... my bf ordered two double cheese burgers and A small frie.. and they parked him. Fries aren't fresh nor burgers. So why was he parked? 🤔
