  Today I went to go have breakfast at McDonald's and a bag of ice The Employees there with no smiles on their face terrible customer service. Tells me that they don't have any ice. How does a fast food place not have Ice. You have to put ice in people's drinks and their Coffee right. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. I decide after this I will no longer spend my money at McDonald's.

  Place is close but service is bad. Had to wait 15 minutes a few days ago for a chicken sandwich and fries (8:30 at night as the lone drive thru customer). You would think that wait would produce fresh everything. Fries were luke warm and very soggy (as if they had been sitting a long while). Been to this location at least 50 times (like I said, it's close). Service is bad more than it's good. Need to find a different venue.

  I ordered cookies, a shake, a strawberry pie and chicken nuggets with specific sauce. The only thing I got was chicken nuggets. The sauces were wrong and the other items were never provided. So disappointed in this service!

  Great food, service, and speed. Makes me feel welcome because of the crew at the front. This is a great location!

  Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in McDonald's. Waited 30 minutes for the food, and the manager was absolutely deaf. Never coming back here if my life depended on it, to be honest. At least my daughter liked the play place.
