  Got my wife's order wrong. It took so long to replace her salad I thought they were growing a new one. Then they didn't give her the dressing. By the time she had her food, the kids and I were done eating. Grumpy wife. Impatient kids. No fun at all.

  I went through the drive through and ordered a sausage burrito and hot tea. They didn't know if they had the tea and then when they confirmed they could do that, they couldn't confirm they could sell me the burrito. They put reach on a separate order. When I tried to post with a $20 they didn't have change and took 10 minutes to get it. I requested sugar and cream in the tea. when I got it they said they had put everything in the cup but didn't put the sugar in. This place seems like a mess with poor management. The total experience took much too long and ended poorly.

  UPDATE 3/28/18: Wrote corporate and I received not only multiple phone calls from the GM, I also received a letter written from the area manager as well. They apologized and assured me that they will do whatever they can to train the employees on this issue better. I RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO MANAGEMENT IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE SO THEY CAN USE THE FEEDBACK AND COACH THE EMPLOYEES. ORIGINAL POST: This place always parks me ... last time... tonight... they parked me and forgot about me. I went in to get my food and explain the situation and they literally had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. You literally asked me to park and you don’t remember me? Then they didn’t even offer to upgrade my food. Some tall guy in a light blue shirt I’m guessing he is supposed to be a shift manager? Simply just walked away from me while I was talking. I’m definitely going to write to Corp. Usually I would let this go but this happens to often at this location. Especially when 15 people are working inside and none of them are busy.

  Nice location. Order accuracy low. Under staffed and no one seems to be excited about customer complaints. Was great when first opened, that lasted a month. New day New issue. Today no Caramel Mocha. Machine broken. And no one seems to care.

  Unfortunately terrible customer service. I'm in the service industry and specialize in guest service. On every McDonald's receipt they ask you to please take a survey about your experience. They reward you with either buy one item and receive another item equal or lesser value or buy a sandwich and get a sandwich complementary. There are no restrictions printed on the receipt. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a 20 piece chicken nugget for my son and I. I paid for my food and patiently waited to pick it up. When I picked up my food they only give me a 10-piece nugget even though I ordered a 20. This was not discuss with me at time of purchase. I looked at my receipt and it clearly shows I purchased a 20 piece nugget but they would not honor it. If they would have told me at the time of purchase I would have ordered something else instead. This is not the first time I've had an issue trying to claim rewards at McDonalds. Very disappointing that I took the time to complete a survey they asked me to take and when I try to claim my reward I get short-changed. One positive thing about my experience was the wonderful lady cleaning the tables in the play area. Kind, polite, courteous and always had a smile. Management could learn a thing or two from those who work under them!
