  This is one of the best McDonald's in Colorado Springs area. They are so nice and they cook my Big Mac combo fast and it was delicious. I always love the fries so I keep coming back. Plus with the savings I get from the App it's a win win. Check it out. Salute from an Army Soldier. Thank You!

  Dirty. Do they ever clean and if they do, does anyone check? The kiosk is down, so they should add staff to take orders. Someone should really clean the floors. Hate to know how the kitchen looks. 🤢

  Manager that was there that afternoon was amazing. Fast service, burger done perfect. I usually have to take the burger back and complain cause it has cheese and my son is lactose intolerant. Not this time. They made sure it was right. The woman that brought the food out was so sweet with my son, he saw the fries and got excited, she said yes fries and they are very hot buddy so let's let them cool. Certain times of the day they are backed up and people are going in to have their order cancelled and refunded. Not this time. There wasn't a soul inside. Nice and quiet for my son as he was just diagnosed with an ear infection that day so his ear was hurting.

  I doordash from this location often. It is always filthy! The homeless man that usually hangs around here will seriously come inside and clean this place! The staff is consistently incredibly rude to everyone and usually takes at least 30 minutes to get any orders.

  McDonald's on South Navada. WOW!!!! LOOKS GRREAT!! Definitely a plus from the old store. Even though the fireplace was taken out. I still consider the store, one of the better ones. All threw out Colorado Springs area. Customer service is excellent. And I am one that prides and strides on Customer service. When I go somewhere to purchase something. My instant and natural reaction is customer service. I had my own computer business for 10 years. What helped me was my customer service. I always made sure that my customers were very happy with my work. I made sure that they had a smile on there face before I left. And that's exactly what McDonald's employees have done for me. LOVE YOU!!!
