  Asked for food to be cooked to serve and some of the burgers were really dry and old some had way way over the amount of sauce it should have had on it and buns were old and meat was cold and Fries were hot but you can tell we're rewarmed a few times and we're Brown. Come on Bakersfield take some kind of pride in your food service and the quality

  Tried to order on the app and there was a problem. App said to go speak to a team member inside but I tried to do that all I got was ATTITUDE and manager WOULDN'T even come speak to me. I ended up leaving WITHOUT ordering and from now on I'll go elsewhere. I DON'T care how bad your day is that doesn't give you the right to take it out on a customer. I'll be calling corporate to file a formal complaint because this location has had too many issues.

  Somehow this location always manages to botch my order. Today they handed it someone else I literally sat there and watched this person handle my food and retur it. Did they make me a new one? NO! They just called me to pick it up from the counter. There was items missing and they got upset because I asked for the items I was missing. I ordered combos and they charged me for items separately so I ended up paying more.

  A lot of times in this McDonald’s, especially because it is located in an area that is not so favorable for the homeless, I get attitude from most restaurants, but this McDonald’s I go in there and they are so nice to me. Thank you so much for not treating me like a homeless person, because I’m not ha ha even though I walk because I don’t have a car I am not a homeless person lol. On top of the wonderful customer service I received five nights ago from the whole crew. I noticed that this restaurant was probably the cleanest out of all the McDonald’s I have been in..

  I always eat at Macdonalds and this is the first one in years where the big mac does look like a 2 year old put it together. It even tasted great
