::This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and I live nearby so I have the misfortune of visiting it often. They are so confused by the app. Dear God, do not try to use the app here or you'll stall their whole operation. My latest endeavor was to order 2 milkshakes on the app. Their machine was down (big surprise) but they put my order through anyway, so the money came out of my account. They said I had to call the app to get my money back. They sent me coupons for free shakes. Cool. I walk down to this McDonald's (huge mistake, why do I keep going here?). They don't take paper coupons. Even after I explained that I have them because I paid for shakes and never got them. Nope, still don't take them. I call customer service. They'll forward my compliant. Great. I still don't have milkshakes that I've paid for. Please don't go to this store. I wish I could rate them less than 1 star.

::The property was clean, well lit, prompt and friendly. The marketing campaign for the new quarter pounder drew me in and I enjoyed my meal. However I was the only car in the drive thru and they parked me after I ordered. Hence, the 4-star rating. #cheatingSOS.

::I have been sitting in this drive-thru for over 15 minutes and if I could have left I would have but there's somebody behind me so I'm stuck worst drive-thru I've ever been in just sitting here literally nobody at the first window and they must be just one person working the whole establishment I mean this is ridiculous. And then they got my damn order wrong!!

::The staff, though friendly, hustling (actually RUNNING back and forth) are TERRIBLY understaffed! I felt sorry for the poor, sweet associate trying her best to multitask and do two to three people's positions. EVERY table was dirty, mistakes in supplying condiments, etc., we're being made as they simply could not meet the demand. Drive thru was so slow, my kids were late to school for the first time. (They strive on excellence.) How billion dollar corporations and managers think by cutting back on staff they're saving $$ is beyond me. Terrible working conditions, lacking cleanliness, and Slow Food Restaurant, not Fast Food, all result in loss of customers, LOSS of revenue. Go figure! Sign of the times I guess...👎🏾 Take care of those making you rich!!!

Here the usual morning staff sure are happy and all smiles yet dedicated to what their work entails. So come on over and get Happy.
