  The overall experience was great although it could have been a little warmer in there due to the weather being so iffy in memphis

  The customer service at this particular location is very subpar. If you are wearing a white shirt I strongly encourage you to order Sprite otherwise your shirt will be destroyed because they lack the compassion to make sure that your cup is dry when they pass you your soft drink. And when you ask for an extra napkin to dry said cup, they have the audacity to hit you with SASS and attitude totally unprofessional.

  Very rude staff manager. Security guard very rude as well. "Jay" had no business even talking to me much less having an attitude. Staff manager was over the top with her "I don't give a sh.. attitude. I even heard her swearing using the F word. My visit was 4:15 pm weekday.

  The cashier was courteous, but, would have loved it if she had pointed out the Happy Meal for my niece. Service was fast. A few saved dollars would've been nice.
