  Unsettling, very unprofessional. Food good. Workers attitude somewhat to be expected. The guy there keeps announcing the the place is 'family friendly' whenever he sees me noticing their vulgarity but cant keep from cuttin up and cursing like crazy with the rest of the gang. ..night shift? Forget about it. The worst customer service. Ever.

  I’m here now 5/14/18 at 11:13 p.m WORSE SERVICE AREA. The cashier taking orders NEEDS MORE TRAINING. We have been here 10 mins just to order and I’m only stopping for my pregnant Bestfriend. Now I’m just sitting at the 3rd window just waiting typing this review. My total was only $7.88 it’s not like I ordered $30 worth of food. And even still customer service should be TOO PRIORITY. Definitely should get some lessons from chick-fil-A

  We went in to get 1 soda, 1 kids milk and 1 chocolate shake. We ordered at the kiosk but still had to pay at the register. We were ignored by the cashier for about 5 min. Finally, she said "you can order at the kiosk" , we informed her we had, but needed to pay her since we had cash. It took 22 minutes to get our order AFTER we paid. It was at 5pm on a Saturday, it was steady business, but not crazy busy. To top it off they got the shake wrong and it had to be corrected. . (We were one of about 5 upset customers waiting for orders inside, it appeared they were giving priority to drive thru) Avoiding this McDonalds.

  Your experience here will depend entirely upon who is working and what time you come. In general you should expect to find dirty restrooms, dirty counter tops and slow service. You will likely see numerous employees who are distracted with other things. The environment will be noisy and chaotic. That which you order is not what you will receive. Expect to encounter panhandlers. If you are fortunate enough to get the attention of an employee you should expect to be moved to the end of the line and have a very low priority placed on achieving any level of satisfaction for you even though you have already paid for your order. It doesn't matter that it was incorrect. In the end you will have the feeling that your money was taken away from you and you got nothing in return. Good luck.

  It's McDonald's so nobody expects service to be great. But the workers here probably strive to be as rude as they can get away with. I made a mobile order, which is probably the least amount of interaction you could possibly have, and the lady who handed me my order didn't bother to call out my number, she just shouted "MOBILE?!" Given that there could easily be more than one mobile order ready, I asked if it was 1601. She just shouted "Are you mobile? Come on, mobile!" like it was my fault I'm not paying attention or something. Yeah, I get that it's McDonald's, but you could at least not be rude and angry for no reason?
