  Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour to get the food (Only because it was over $40 and they said we couldn't get a refund). Had to tell one guy what we had piece by piece becasue they didn't know what happened to the order. The manager had no cares in the world and was extremely rude. The cashier was just throwing receipts on floor and the whole place was an absolute mess. Very disgusting. Hope no one ever goes here just to save them the disappointment. This place either needs to be shut down or someone needs to actually run it like its supposed to be run.

  Rude management..big black manager.. insults and charges money for free items 16 the and meridian.. would suggest boycott

  Always horrible service. Case, today: drive-through. Paid for a parfait. Pulled up to next window and they said they were out of parfaits (well, just the fruit). Okay, asked for yoghurt only. Told to pull up and wait. Waited. Nothing. Went inside. Waited through the line. Told the cashier what happened. She gets the manager, who then opens up the register and gives me cash for a parfait. No communication whatsoever. So, like you're not sorry? There's nothing you're going to do to compensate your error in wasting 20 minutes of my time? Uh, yeah. Unfortunately this place is just a franchise and corporate won't do anything.

  Actually this is the place with the best snack wraps ever. I Have been at other McDonald's but this one is the best so far. And the experience would it be complete if the cashier was just nicer. I think was grumpy... Okay well good eatings.

  Staff member at the front register was not very attentive to customers. He had his back to the customers while he poured himself a cup of coffee. Also I watched another staff member consume a meal in the dining area and left the trash on the chair. The food was good, and service time was quick.
