  This is by far the worst managed McD's ever. They have NO idea what FAST food means!

  I am visiting Massachusetts from Los Angeles and I have never been so rudely treated in my life. I'm staying at a Hampton Inn a couple blocks away and walked to this McDonald's around midnight on 5/12 because nothing else was open. It's supposedly open 24 hrs but the stuff inside wouldn't let me order saying it was open only to Uber Eats and they told me to order at the drive through window... I have never heard of any fast food establishment forcing their customers to stand in line with cars in front and behind them to make an order. One would think that would violate some sort of safety regulation. After all, what if I had my kids with me? The staff was rude and none if them even cracked a smile. The person who gave me my order didn't even say "thanks". To top things off they got my order wrong. This is completely unacceptable.

  I just went here to order a soda and a mcdouble. It took almost 10 min but that's not the issue. I opened the wrapping of the burger and the mcdouble was absolutely prepped and set under a warmer for a long long time. The ketchup was dried on the paper and sides of the burger and the bun was a rock. I brought it back and showed the manager who gave me a look so I flicked the burger bun with my finger and it made that sound we all know with dried stale bread and showed her the dry ketchup by rubbing my finger thru it on the paper. So yes they we're remaking it and the dude slid another prewrapped one to her I yelled no make it fresh and they did. Well sort of, if you call what I got back fresh.... But I digress I am telling you I saw her put the burger I just gave back out to another customer. it was opened and looked at by the dude and I couldn't see what happened exactly next but no movement off the line which indicates to me it was kept and slid up for the next order which called for a mcdouble. Absolutely horrid. I rarely eat McDonald's but I have enjoyed it in the past as a kid and still do once in a super blue moon. I for sure am avoiding for a while I didn't even eat my burger I was so disgusted.

  They used to be the best for deals now they're 1 2 & 3 dollar menu deals are just upgrades from the old everything for a dollar menu which makes them more money
