  Over night management won't open lobby doors at 5 am during the week, he opens them closer to 6 am. Late night going thru drive thru cash only, lobby not cleaned and lobby not stocked with lids,napkins,straws,etc, teas aren't ready to put out in lobby at 5 am. Very negative not very nice staff. I myself have called and spoke with corporate office many times. I have stop going to this location. (Poplar & N. Cleveland- next to Walgreens) .

  I didn’t order a bug with my hash brown but that’s what I got! I guess it was meant to enhance the flavor?

  The only thing i eat at McDonald's is carmel sunday and usaually icecream machine is broken

  Drive-through incredibly long line between 8-9 a.m., but mgmt did compensate by upgrading my beverage.

  Try the Double quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe. The best burger I've had in a long time and I am not a McDonald's fan. I've always gone for my kids,but I used the McDonald's app and got this huge burger for $1.00 it was freshly prepared and very good. I couldn't eat the rest of the day,but it was worth it. I didn't know McDonalds made anything that REALLY tasted good,until then.
