::We've gotten the gravy biscuit twice in the last week....the biscuit was just a little hard, but otherwise the food was FANTASTIC! Both recent visits when we placed our order and the front counter person stepped away, the Manager was very quick to make sure we had been helped. We just started going to this location and now will go out of our way to stop here. Great place to eat.

::Horrible location. Substandard service. Indecent staff. Unkempt lobby. I have only been to this location 3-4 times since I moved back to the neighborhood and it's awfully bad now. Managers don't care. The teenage staff sits in the lobby on their phones and ignore you. Take the time and drive 120 seconds to Wendy's around the corner. They're friendlier.

::I really appreciate the Morning Crew at the Walnut Hills and especially Patricia who is always serving up coffee and a Smile I absolutely appreciate her customer service. ::typical McDonald’s, full of incompetent staff that all have serious attitude problems. I went early in the morning when it wasn’t even busy. It took 15 minutes just to get a biscuit meal. I then proceed to get my drink at which point I’m sprayed with coke all over my work clothes. They had failed to screw on the caps for the fountain machine. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come take care of that. The entire staff was just ignorant and rude. I hate to say it but the quality of a McDonald’s drastically depends on where the store is located within the city. That’s just the facts.
