  9.33pm In the drive through AS I WRITE. That’s how long this line is. 20 mins at least. Lady at the window was rude and to top it off there’s a homeless guy approaching EVERY car for money. We stopped here because it was close since we were downtown already but I’m DEFINITELY regretting it now. Still typing and no food. Best believe we are checking our order before we go. Don’t recommend this place AT ALL. 9:52pm Got our food.

  This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. I will never spend money at this location ever again. Worst service possible. Their employees will mess up the simplest order. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  Drive Thru lane was extremely slow. Over 20 minutes. We had to 'shake' our own chocolate milkshakes! They were served with chocolate sauce on the bottom and the rest was vanilla. I asked about this at the window and was told that this is how they are done. What???? We were given straws to stir them ourselves....

  When it comes to a McDonald's drive thru I have to say this one moves pretty quick. I have never been there and had my order wrong either. But, it's not 5 star, simply because there is the occasional super long wait for no apparent reason.

  The service was terrible. I ordered three breakfast meals which were all correct on the receipt, but they could not put the correct food in the bag. We waited 10 minutes in the drive through, when we got our food it was incorrect. So we went back in, a lady that waited on us got an attitude and asked what was wrong. We told her the correct items were not in the bag. She took the receipt and bag and replaced the items. Thinking it was correct now we headed home, come to find out it was still incorrect. The lady that corrected it was on her personal phone the whole time and a couple others were just gossipping, not even helping. I will never go back to this McDonald's.
