  The service here can be a bit slow at times and more often than reasonable some fries are undercooked. Overall the quality of food is better than usual for other McDonald’s, aside from the random undercooked fries that is.

  I come here more frequently then I’d like due to it being one of my only close by places near work to eat food “fast”. Every time I do they’re either unfriendly, not quick, unable to get even the simplest orders correct, or a combination of all three. Not to mention, I recommend never ordering the fries. I’ve learned that even during their peak hours they’re all kinds of not good.

  The service was friendly enough, but the food was really bad, even for McDonald's. Old, reheated, and dried out. Also, the music in the dining area was way too loud, making simple conversation more difficult than it should be. Not to mention how the dining area is just uninviting anyway. I know that's just the trend with all McDonald's today, but why does every seat have to be so uncomfortable and each table spaced so poorly. And for some reason, they thought it was a good idea to clean the tiles leading to the restroom during lunch time, blocking off the path to get to the restroom. They did have highchairs, but there were no booster seats. And although I understand this business doesn't want people hanging around all day, seeing the sign that warned it's customers that there was no loitering, and that there was a 30 minute time limit, just below a powered off television really rubbed me the wrong way after already feeling irritated with my visit. I do feel pretty dumb complaining about a visit to McDonald's, as it's McDonald's, but I have had much better experiences at other locations. And honestly, I may not have noticed a lot of these things had the music not been so freaking loud.

  My mother is a senior and goes there on occasion. 3 weeks ago when my mother was eating an employee was dressing her young children in the lobby. As the mother was cleaning the dining room the two little girls were disturbing customers and swinging on the tables. The smaller little girl sat down at her table and swinging her legs kicking her under the table. The employee was aware of this action and did nothing to stop her children’s actions. In addition another employee, possibly the manager came over and kissed the employee who was the mother of the girls on the lips in the dining while the little girls were running wild. My mother grabbed for food and left. This was NOT the first time the children were there and playing while their mother worked. Food has also gone down hill as well. This occurred in the afternoon before 5. When is it ok to take your children to work in a restaurant?

  Terrible experience! Food was cold, many dining room tables had food left on them, ketchup on floor, coke or tea spilled on floor, chairs scattered around tables, soft drink bar needed attention, no sweet tea, 1 diet coke empty, employees standing around. Not up to McDonald's standards!
