  Thank you for giving me my money's worth of smoothie and not cheating customers by putting the drink at the ice line. You over cooked the burgers but I was happy on how smooth my smoothie turned out.

  Say good morning to the drive thru attendant and you get a no comment smug look returned. Ladies were yelling at each other in the 1st window in Spanish. Cold AF hash browns (isn't that a code violation?). Would give them a 0 stars if I could. Never going back.

  Impossible to use drive-thru service, dont takr orders properly, poorly managed. Next Stop.

  This McDonalds by far has the worst customer service. The supervisor speaks to the high school employees in Spanish when you complain. Not realizing their are black Hispanics in this world, I understood all your disrespect! All my food including the Uber order I picked up was cold and sloppy. All the employees are leaning on the counter, talking about the customers bluntly in front of their face. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to conduct a training on customer service for all their staff especially starting with his supervisors.
