::The morning crew are wonderful. I work the night shift, everyone greets me with a smile, and well wishes for the day. I stop on my way home most mornings, and they are always helpful, and friendly. It means a great deal when people take the time to be nice.

::When I went in for an online order, which I've never done before. I received no help. I was just told "I don't have it" "it's not here, what store did you order from". One of the managers on duty was really rude and just right out. I didn't want to deal with me. The other manager said it finally showed up got my order. Was very nice and understanding. I will never order online again. It was ordered for me. I will personally go from now on.

::Let me just say when you see employees smile. That brings joy to your customers. They must have hired new staff. I have been in here twice Friday 03/24/23 & Sunday 03/26/23. Both days the staff were smiling and joyful. I’ve NEVER seen that at this location. Management take note of these employees. They get a A+ and 5 ⭐️

::So I ordered a mobile order today. I went to pick it up through drive thru. I tell them my code. They bring up my name. I go to the first window. The cashier is playing on her phone. Go to up to the second window. The woman there tries to give me something that wasn't mine a drink and someone else's food. I said this isn't mine. She asked me what my order was I told her. She gave a confused look. She finally asked me to pull up. I pull up. It took about 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes a crew member came out with someone's order playing on her cell phone. She asked me what I had. I told her. She went in. A tall guy came out and asked what I had I told him. He went back in. He did come out with part of my order. They were missing my bacon ranch crispy chicken sandwich. He went back in again. Probably about 6 minutes after that another lady came out brought food out and asked me what I was waiting for. I had the receipt. She apologized and finally a few minutes later I got it. This was horrible service.

::Stopped here to pick up my husband breakfast. Bought him his fav sandwich “The steak,egg and cheese bagel” hoping to make his morning just for us to find a loooonnnggg hair in it. (He pulled it out of his mouth with food still attached)!!! Very disappointed in the fact of the hair. Even worse he practically ate it. 🤮🤮
