  I only want night shift manager Yvette making my order, went 3 times in 1 night and she got my order on point to perfection like the commercial! Now she deserves the wage they ask for because her service is above and beyond, and it was with a pleasant smile and professional over the phone. She saved her crew, and I hope she enforces her professionalism onto them. Thanks again Yvette, you rock!

  Speed in the early morning is good. Order accuracy is very poor and quality is extremely poor WITH THE MANGERS AT THE WINDOW SERVING THE GOOD. POOR.

  The cashiers greet you w with a smile & the order packers are fast & courteous & also greet you with a smile. I love this McDonalds!

  2 years ago I started working in this area of Detroit and that it was convenient that we had a Micky D's close by. Service was great and staff was friendly. Unfortunately it looks like they have changed management and the people that work there now reflects that. Now they have less tolerance at the order speaker to pick up window. I know it is a little chilly outside, but to barely open the window to smash my bag with the food I ordered is uncalled for and immature. It's unfortunate that the order I ordered today will probably be my last.

  I have been coming here for years. I always have had a good experience here. Fast, hot , good food. Staff friendly and helpful. Is in a high crime area, my sister had her cell phone stolen from the table by a homeless person. If you are squeamish use the Drive thru. I nap while waiting in the parking lot.
