  Friendly and clean. Get in here early if you want to get a machine on weekends. I've strolled in late and had to wait forever while some troll has taken half the laundry machines to wash laundry for what appears to be their entire building. If you use the dropoff service, they have machines reserved to get it done. I've gotten my clothes back well folded and didn't have to wait long to pick them up.
