  My Mom (Ashley Hann, Site Manager) works at Friendship Tower (Atlanta, GA.) Senior Citizen High Rise. Under McCormack Baron Management. I have stopped by to see her a few times in the 5 years she has been the Site Manager for this property, the residents all seem so happy to see her. The activities that are brought to the residents because of my Mom and Karen Ashley (Service Coordinator) keeps the residents active with plenty of things to do. McCormack Baron made a great choice of employee's for this property. 10 stars McCormack Baron!!

  Been waiting almost 6 months for my security deposit for almost 6 months no one ever answers the phones here or call ppls back. It's unacceptable and I will seek counsel advise. Unbelievable.

  Emailed twice about my toilet.. Told them its gonna flood like b4. I have serval work orders in. No answers on 911 maintence#. Bathroom n kitchen never redone. Lived with feces in toilet water all of my things and items no Hotel no offer of a hotel and I'm a transplant patient #murphypk

  I have lived here for 5 years, and experienced several change of front office and maintenance staff. Changes are difficult for most senior citizens, and I am no different. However, there is no place I would rather live at this time of my life than McCormack House Forest Park Southeast. I feel safe here. The building is clean and comfortable, and I find the front office to be approachable and accommodating if possible. I would highly recommend McCormack House Forest Park Southeast, and I have. Thank you.

  Since McCormack Baron has been managing our apartment complex everything has gone downhill. My neighbors and myself have had problems with our apartments and have been told that they will be fixed and they never have. One of my neighbors was literally called a liar by one of the many property managers that have shuffled through. No-one is hardly ever in the office. We've only had one maintenance man at any given time. I was told that they would put a better lock on the building door, but that's never happened, etc etc etc. I will be moving out as soon as possible.
