  I'm not sure if this business is actually associated with Maytag appliances. I'm not seeing a website online. [EDIT: I called Maytag at Sears and this place is definitely not associated with the actual Maytag appliances] I called this place to ask for a quote to install something that was broken in my microwave and they quoted me $150 if I bring my own part and they sent some other company to come check it out and that company quoted me some other amount. I didn't agree with the in-home estimated quote. So they stopped the diagnostic on my microwave and went ahead and Maytag repair charged me the service fee anyway (the service fee, they said, can be applied to the installation fee if I bring my own parts). It might have been a misunderstanding but "Maytag repair" is not handling it very well. The supervisor told me yesterday that they don't give quotes over the phone but clearly, they did for me - twice on two different phone calls. Now, they're also hinting that they might not be able to apply the service fee towards the installation. Such a mess. On top of all that, they gave me a repair window of 3pm - 6pm and they came at 6:10 pm. Stay away from this place.

  The guy who came was not only evasive when I asked questions about my washer repair, he did not fix it! He wouldn't come back, even though he was 10 minutes away, because he had to go to his next service call. Scheduled to come back 3 hours later, at 9 pm. Not happy with this service AT ALL!!!!!

  Beware of these ratings! I have not actually used this service but I did some poking around. Not only does this company only have 5 star reviews, but everyone who rated them five stars has only given 5 star reviews to other companies. These are probably NOT REAL REVIEWS!

  The tech who repaired my kitchenaid dishwasher is punctual, professional, and trustworthy. Excellent service
