  Ben gave us a courtesy call ahead and arrived on time. He inspected our furnace and explained the problem and the options. He did a thorough job fixing the problem and restoring its smooth functionality. Before he left, he also explained in detail operation of system and how to ensure maximum efficiency and operation.   The two servicemen were on time, worked diligently and worked with us to make sure the job was done properly and kept the work area clean. Their knowledge was pretty good of the product and their professionalism was second to none. They were very pleasant and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
