  Very attentive, with the items and the mover! They were more careful with my items than I ever would have been, and Sergei was extra attentive to me because he could tell I was nervous. I moved this week with Maxi and it could not have gone smoother. I was very nervous because I'm a small lady in a situation with no one to help me with this move. My initial emails with Ivan were prompt, friendly and helpful, but it was my move team who made the move painless. the foreman was Sergei. They arrived on time, early into my appointment time. and Sergei walked me through the process before they got started, what they would wrap up and how, etc. Then they created a speedy assembly line and started moving me out. At the time I lived in a very narrow, one floor walk up of an old brownstone. My landlady and I were both impressed when they got my huge 5x5 bookcase out without a scratch. It was a jigsaw puzzle and they did it effortlessly. amazing! As we got into the next location and I started to get nervous, Sergei was instrumental in letting me know how I could help (sorting) which calmed me, and the other team members were so so courteous and reassuring. Again, they worked in an assembly line. It is NYC, it's nice to know your stuff is never left unattended. I would move with them again in a heart beat! and I would ask for the same team. They all seemed to work fast and friendly, and Sergei definitely took his work very seriously. He didn't want to take any chances on furniture or walls being damaged. He was way more attentive than I would ever have been with my own stuff. lol! I'm glad because everything landed in perfect shape on the other side!! and most importantly - it was the most affordable moving quote I got the whole weekend. I couldn't believe the most affordable movers had such great reviews but they are the real deal! Book them.

  After searching for weeks for a moving company i ended up using Maxi Moving. after my initial email the company responded within a few hours and i was able to have constant communication via phone with them. I sent over a list of items and my destination and was able to get a great price for my move. When the movers came it was 3 guys, who brought their own packing materials and meticulously wrapped each piece of furniture with much care and delicacy without any rush. they took their time to ensure all our items were secure and safe for transport. They even helped me pack some boxes for all the misc. stuff left after all the big pieces went. I did a cross state move and the items all were delivered and reassembled with as much care and they were packed. the guys really took their time to ensure amazing service. I would highly recommend this company to any one as they were fair in price and the level of service definitely exceeded that. Thank you

  Maxi moving helped me move more than once and is absolutely my go-to company. These guys are professional, they work quickly, efficiently, and don't waste your time, like many other companies out there. They are always on time, prepared with all the necessary equipment you need for the move. Their customer service is superb, they quickly resolve all your concerns and accommodate to your needs. Maxi moving made my moving essentially painless and took off a lot of worry off my plate, as they know exactly what needs to be done and how, better than you know it.   I had an amazing experience with this company. First of all they priced the move in advance according to the list or things ans boxes that needed to be moved and the price was more than fair. Second of all they accommodated the move day and time to what was the most convenient to me. Lastly the move was done very smooth and professional. Guys came on time and finished everything as discussed. Very happy with services provided by Maxi
