  My friends and I used to love the place (we go there every year when we have a conference at Columbia U), and this year it was very disappointing. The service was slow, and I mean really slow, and the portions were ridiculously small. Two out of our three salads had no dressing whatsoever. I sent mine back, and was punished by a 10-minutes wait for literally three drops of olive oil. We asked for bread and had to wait a long time to get two ridiculously small slices of baguette - we had to order more (and wait more). Altogether I paid 19 dollars for a salad and a coffee, only to go back to campus and buy myself a second lunch for 14 dollars (that was, by the way, much more satisfying.) We won't go back!

  Great coffee shop! You can work on your laptop here and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Service is pretty good, the place is big but very cozy. The sitting is on big soffas, large furniture and very comfy.

  Great place, very cozy and old world charming. Good food, friendly staff and comfortable hanging out.

  Love the ambiance. We keep visiting this place. The food is basic and not interesting at all. Deserts are awesome. Overall, good experience. Best time to visit is a late Sunday evening when it's 70% empty.
