  Always great service at Mavis. The guys are willing to help and work with you on timing and price. Most basic maintenance services are offered. They're fast, convenient, reasonable and go a good job. It's all you need in a decent mechanic.

  Had I not been on company time I would have been more upset waiting nearly 2 hours for a new tire to be put on.

  Poor, poor, poor service. Not honest. Repeatedly tell you 1 hour for service yet take 3 times that so be prepared to sit and wait...for a LONG TIME. Asked AND paid for tires to be balanced...they were overlooked. Took to another garage and was told NO balancing had been performed. Went back and told Mavis manager who confirmed it was overlooked and he balanced tires. Still drove poorly...took back to another garage and they said balancing was done poorly and inaccurately. DO NOT TRUST this shop. Poorly run, highly dysfunctional staff, no accurate assessment of timing for repairs nor accuracy in quality of repairs. Totally not honest NOR do they uphold their company platform of getting you in and out for fast tire replacement.

  We came to this store because had flat tire. They couldn’t fix the tire because it’s broken on the side. So we changed all the four tires. They did very fast and very patient explain to us.
