  Great atmosphere where they are willing to help get your car back on the road. I was local enough to be dropped off at home so as not to wait 4 hours doing nothing

  Friendly staff. A great place to get your oil changed quickly, usually a 30 minute wait. Always receive my car back in perfect conditions. A few mechanics didn't charge me or my boyfriend a penny when we were having trouble with our tire's air pressure and loose auto parts.

  Came in with a surprise flat fix, didn’t have the time to sit there all day like most places. Peter the sales clerk assured me prompt service and boy did he deliver: Not only did they have my tire in stock, but I was in and out in 20 minutes. White glove service. This is what dreams are made of!!!!

  Here's a great story that will give you an overview of this shop's ability to detect/diagnose/fix issues and provide customer service: -Went in to have loud noise diagnosed -They call me to tell me they can't figure it out/have too many other customers and can't take the time, so I should bring it to the dealer, Toyota -I'm confused I call back to talk to the manager, Archer. I'm put on hold, then the same guy comes back to talk to me as if he's picking up the phone for the first time. I re-ask to speak to Archer. Back on hold. Then, Archer tells me my car is ready. Now I'm even more confused so I tell him what the other employee told me. He tells me that they tried but couldn't figure it out and that they have a lot of other customers who need help. -I call customer service to complain -Customer service calls this location and then gets back to me to let me know it was a misunderstanding, that it's actually a Toyota-specific problem and they didn't want to damage my car in any way -I go to location to pick up my car; Archer confronts me about calling customer service, tells me that he's the mechanic and the manager and if I have any problems just talk to him; we get into an argument about his poor customer service and communication skills in which he displays even worse customer service and communication (not making eye contact, telling me I'm wrong for calling customer service, calling an employee over to do paperwork in front of me before we've finished our conversation, standing with his back to me, pointing his finger in my face, telling me I'm lying...) I know crazy, right? -I get in touch with the Regional Manager (a highly defensive but competent guy who clearly wants to get this matter dropped ASAP) to discuss the antagonistic attitude I dealt with. I ask for an apology; he gets in touch with Archer and determines that I am not owed an apology from him (not cool), but gives me free oil changes (cool), and gives me his own tone-deaf non-apologies (i.e., "I am sorry you feel that..." instead of "We accept fault for...") -I go to a car shop down the road (not Toyota) and they find the noise problem in 5 minutes. It was just a pulley with dried out ball-bearings; the mechanic calls it a very "simple to detect" issue. Fixed for $70 in an hour. -Let the Regional Manager know about this. He feels "disappointed" by his mechanics' inability to take care of this simple issue but also says, "As far as I’m concerned this matter is closed." Yes this really happened.
