  I brought my Mini Cooper to Mavis due to a large side-wall tire bubble, and I was blown away by how fast the repair was. When the attendant told me it would be done by the end of the day, I was shocked when he called me only a few hours after, especially since they had to go to another location to retrieve the correct sized tire for my car. The price was comparable to the dealership, and considering the convenience, it was a very good value. They also don't use high pressure sales tactics, which is a breath of fresh air in this industry.

  The staff were friendly and got the job done. I got a flat tire from a nail, called the shop, and they got me a new tire. When I got the flat and called, they said they were slow and to come on in. I ended up waiting at the shop for 2.5 hours then told I needed a new tire. Then an hour and a half passed by to completion. I was suprised how long everything took when I was told it was slow. Perhaps things got busy in time it took for me to get there 30 minutes later, I'm not sure. But overall I would recommend this business because from my experience they got the job done, but it may take a while, so be prepared to have a friend or family member take you home for the day. A long wait time isn't the shops fault.. which is why I still give them a good rating.

  My husband was trying to get my tire fixed. I said use Mavis, let’s support our local business. Bad choice! The call center ordered the tire and said the store wasn’t busy and to head down. When he got there the technician was rude and said he had no bays available. And seemed quite angry about it. After a discussion my husband left my rim so the tire could be placed and we could go back in the morning after the called us. My husband got a call at 11am, which he missed and the message said the tire was on the rim. My husband called back and they guy again was rude and said all the bays were full and he didn’t know when he would have the time. After more discussion my husband was hung up on!! Now we need to go retrieve the rim so we can get a tire somewhere that knows how to treat its customers. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and rude people can be.

  Great customer service! I don't even consider taking my car anywhere else. Scheduling an appointment phone is easy. You drop your car off and they service it in a reasonable time.
