  If I could leave 0 I would. Absolute scum... First of all misquoted me for tire change and alignment and when I came back to pick my car up it was $54 more then he originally said and they called me halfway through changing the tires and said that I also needed front brakes. I literally got my car inspected a week ago and they took the front left tire off and said my brakes were great. Then on the way home I checked to make sure the alignment was good and it was still pulling to the right side of the road, I doubt they even did it. Don't go here, they try to sell you everything you don't need!

  Wish I could rate them a zero. Called weekend prior to schedule an inspection, spoke with manager, Matt and he informed me it very busy on weekend and I'd have to drop off car and leave it all day. I called back a few minutes later and asked what was latest appt. available during the week. I was told 5:30pm on Tuesday would be my appt. I rushed to get there and was met by Matt at the front desk. I stated I was there for my appt and he actually sneered... stating I don't have an inspection guy here, he left already. I informed I called ahead for an appt. He stated I must have called a call center. The # I called was the same one I had spoken to him on. Needless to say, he never once apologized for my inconvenience nor did he try to reschedule me. Childish attitude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. After this encounter, I wouldn't want them to touch my car anyway.

  Usually very quick with no one trying to sell me anything. Scheduled an oil Change online and when I showed up they told me they ran out of oil.............. no phone call, no email. Very inconsiderate and a waste of my time.
