  Thorough, efficient service. They were able to accommodate me with a short notice appointment for NYS inspection. I went on my lunch break and was back to work with time to spare. Very accommodating. On the way out, they parked my car at spot closest to, and facing exit making it very easy to pull out and leave (It's the little things).

  The manager, Atkinson is an amazing person. Look for him. Beautiful heart and calm personality. I will follow him to any store he goes to.

  It is really hard to be a mechanic and get good reviews. And I’m pretty confident around cars — that being said, I had to drop by yesterday because I knew my calipers were getting stuck. I was treated with respect and they brought me out to confirm my diagnosis. Car is running fantastic. Special thanks to Dayvon and Patrick — they were really personable and professional. They really earn their wages!!

  This isn't my usual Mavis. The inspection machine was down at mine so I had to come here. Great service and really quick. I would definitely come here again. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because the property could use a bit of a "refresh".

  I had a couple good experiences, but one really bad experience few months back. I have tire insurance on one of my vehicles however for the insurance company to pay out, the repair facility needs to check the tires measurements. This Mavis check the tires measurements and submitted it to the tire insurance co. and my claim was denied because of the depth of thread. They put the tire on anyway and expected me to pay, but I asked them to take it off and they did without being upset, I'm glad I did because I took to another tire shop who remeasured and said it was not what Mavis said and resubmitted my claim and I was reimbursed. If I had listened to Mavis would of been $200 bucks out of my pocket for no reason. If you have tire insurance don't rely on them to be in your best interest.
