  The one in Bellmore don't seem honest, they gave me a price to change tire 1 time when they were done and I went to pay the price was $60 more. Will never go here again.

  Amazing shop. Anthony who runs the shop is an awesome guy, straight shooter and all the mechanics there are equally as awesome. You get high quality work and a great atmosphere. Makes no sense to me why these guys have any bad reviews, should only be 5 stars across the board! Only shop I trust! Thanks guys!

  UPDATE: May 25, 2016 It seemed the manager I mentioned below is no longer with the company. Not sure if the Management made a change, but I received a call from the Regional Manager after I posted my review and he rectified things with me. Certainly appreciate the gesture. Since previous manager is out, I have been going back to this location and no problems so far - cross fingers ------------------------------------------------ The manager here, Tiago Caetano, will penny pinch every customer that walks in the door. He tries to "sweet talk" you with warnings, and make it seem that he's doing you a favor, but all lies! The quality of work is poor. I've been coming to STS for many years, but since this guy Tiago came into this location, all hell broke lose! Don't come in here for an oil change or NY State inspection, because you will come-out broke! Tiago will find ways to pinch your wallet from air filter to a simple tire cap. Please make the necessary management staff at STS Bellmore, NY location. Tiago Caetano does NOT represent your company and brand well. He has poor customer service skills, deceitful, "fresh with words" but really a liar. The whole STS slogan of "It's a trust thing" is a complete opposite at this location! This location will lose more loyal customers overtime, if there are no changes made. You certainly lost me and I will make sure the family and friends that I referred to this location will go elsewhere moving forward.

  Staff are very nice. I went twice the first time to check my tires ans the second time to get my break light changed and they didn't charge me and i know they could've

  Good service, didn't have the tires I wanted, so they gave me much better tires at the cheaper price.
