  Very good visit. Mechanic told us exactly what was wrong, told us the cost, and that he could have the part to fix it tomorrow (not bad for a weekend).

  I was there two weeks ago to have my tire plugged and brakes checked, as I was told by a dealership they were in the red. Mavis told me my brakes were approaching the red soon, but everything else was fine including my rotors. I go in today for my brake pads to be replaced, and they want almost $300 to do my brakes, rotors and flush my brake fluid. They're special on brakes turned into them wanting almost $300. Instead of paying $89.99 plus tax for brake pads I paid $162 because they also flush my brakes without my permission. I only wanted brake pads! When I asked why they told me 2 weeks ago my rotors were fine and it changed now, he said a tire technician must have checked them and was not trained and incorrect. But the dealership also had said it was only my brakes, that my rotors were fine. I hate being ripped off. I will not be back!

  shopped around and found the best price for tires right here. They provide free tire rotation every 5000 miles and now have them change my oil - great team with a good attitude. I normally don't write reviews but was encouraged after reading a few not so good reviews. Rj

  It was a simple task getting tires replaced here. I ordered them online through Mavis' site and selected the option to bring it in any time and have it done within 3 hours. I brought it in and got my car taken care of within the 3 hours, so all went well. It's been about a month since then and nothing has gone wrong, so I'd say it's a success.

  These guys are great! They are honest and do their best to get you in and out and try to get you the best deals on tires and lowest prices on other work. If they can help you in anyway without inconveniencing you, then they definitely try to. Ray, Frank, Andrew....and the rest of the crew there are absolutely amazing people. I've never had any issues with them. They honor my old credit account when the company was switched over, they held quoted prices for me for extended time periods and just the personalble experience I've gotten has overall been well worth me staying a costumer.
