  It is.very hard to get a rental here. You have to go to the downtown office to get one. They are helpful at the one office downtown but the app sucks.

  Omg i was truely shocked at how helpful the office staff was . Unfortunately the maven phone service is not that helpful. It was amazing at how willing the staff was to help . If it had not been for them i probably would have gave up. They were so helpful i brought my mother

  As a full time Rideshare driver for the past 2+ years, I can tell you that this is probably the best possible option for rentin itg a vehicle. When you consider the total cost of owning insuring and maintaining a newer car vs the $200 and change I pay every week for my fully loaded 2015 Chevy w/leather seats it's a really easy choice 😎. No mileage limitations. I use it as my personal vehicle. Maintenece is easy. My local Chevy dealer knows me. I go in,your get oil changes or whatever repairs are needed and the bill goes to Maven, no money out of my pocket. Yes it is a new program and they are still growing so there might be issues finding a car at first, but once you get one your all set. Billing is automatic. Josh at the office is cool and very helpful. Great job Maven Gig! I hope to continue to do business for a long time to come

  RESERVED A CAR VIA THE APP. 5 MINUTES LATER CLERK CALLS TELLING ME SHE'S ASSIGNING CAR TO CUSTOMER STANDING IN FRONT OF HER AND THERE ARE NO MORE CARS. TWO DAYS LATER FOUND OUT SHE CANCELLED MY RESERVATION SAYING I CANCELLED IT AND MY $274 DEPOSIT WOULD NOT GET RETURNED TO MY CARD FOR 14 DAYS! HORRIBLE COMPANY! GM NEEDS TO DO BETTER!
