  Both Maureen & Antoinette did an outstanding job for us, helping us purchase two homes in the San Diego area, one for my wife and myself, and the other for my son.   From the moment we first contacted Antoinette based on a recommendation from my sister until close of escrow (and afterwards, actually), I just assumed that we were her only client based on the level of attention she gave us, and her ability to always be there to answer any and all questions that we had as we navigated through our first home buying experience. After reading through all of the other rave reviews of her, however, it's evident that she somehow manages to make every single one of her clients feel the same, which is just incredible. Our home buying process started a few years ago, but was put on hold due to some serious snafu on the part of the credit reporting agencies. After sorting all of that out, I approached Antoinette yet again, and was met with the overwhelming sense that she had simply been waiting for my e-mail this whole time and picked up right where we left off without missing a beat. Antoinette truly epitomizes what customer service should be, and made our home buying process not only smooth and pain-free, but actually enjoyable. We loved looking at the properties with her, and getting her professional perspective about each place. She was honest and upfront with her assessment of each location, and pointed out things about each location that we would have never noticed or even attended to in the first place. After several viewings, we decided to place an offer on a piece of property, and set up a meeting with Antoinette for the following day. It turns out, at about 9:00 pm that night (night before the meeting to go over the offer), we saw another piece of property that we really wanted to see. In less than 24 hours from the time when we first saw the listing on the website, Antoinette had shown us the property and had an offer in to the seller. Long story short, we ended up purchasing the property that we were originally going to put an offer on, and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Even after the keys were in our hands, Antoinette made sure that we felt supported as first-time home buyers, and continued to be there for us and checked in on us to see how our move was going. If you are in the market for a real estate agent, you really cannot go wrong with Antoinette. She is nothing short of amazing, and will undoubtedly help you reach your home buying/selling goals.

  Maureen was highly recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint. Maureen was the perfect blend of professional and caring. Most instances you can't have both. She was understanding of my personal circumstance and was patient but knew when and how to get down to business and close the deal. She was knowledgeable and gave good advice, she was prompt and never missed a meeting or a call, she set an achievable time-line, and she always had the best referrals for whatever needed to be done to get the house ready for viewing, for photos, and for inspection.
