  Matt is fantastic! He adapts every workout to keep things fun and challenging. I have a bad knee and some other problem areas and he is always careful with the exercises he gives me. He worked me into a couple of regular spots during the week because that is what works best for my schedule. If you want to have a trainer who genuinely cares about your health and well being look no further.

  Matt skillfully works around longstanding injuries of mine and as such I’ve seen progress. He’s very good at what he does and he’s a pleasure to be around. I consider myself fortunate to have found this trainer with his knowledge and experience.

  Fantastic trainer!! I have been with Matt going on 3 years and lost a great amount of weight. I feel so much better and get so many compliments at work! Even with a bad knee Matt works with me and works very well with your schedule. He even has sessions on Sundays! If you really want the help he's the person to go to!

  I purchased 12 session training for my parents for a Christmas gift. I spoke with Matt personally. He assured me that he would be able to work with them and around their schedules. I asked him what times he had available, he told me that they could schedule at anytime during his business hours. I paid $350 and basically lost my money. Every time my mother tried to schedule training he was never available. She tried to work around his time but when she called he never answered his phone or responded back to her text. My dad only used 1 session out of his package because of the difficulty scheduling. Don't waste your time. I say find another trainer.

  Matt is an awesome trainer. I have lost weight, gain muscle, and I definitely feel more fit then I ever did before. I have gone from a size 10 in jeans to a size 4 in 3 months. I still have more to lose and more muscle to gain but I will definitely get there with Matts help.
